It looks like Arum wants Manny to fight Humberto Soto. It makes sense since it will be easier to set up. Both fighters are under Top Rank so a lot of complications can be iron out easily. I just hope Pacquiao wins impressively and bring more glory to Pinoy boxing and his country.
